Swiggy — fraudulent activities by swiggy

I placed an order at 8:57 which swiggy accepted. Cancelled it at 10:08 pm. Delivery guy reached my location and told me order has been cancelled.
I reordered the same item at 10:25 and swiggy again cancelled it 11:19 pm stating technical glitch.
Customer care denied helping and told me that i should not have ordered it again.
I went to the restaurant to personally order on my behalf.
I have not received any compensation as they denied stating that they have clearly mentioned in the t&c that they do not give compensation
