Swiggy — GST Invoice Issued, SWIGGY is not providing the GST invoice

I have ordered online food from Hira sweets via Swiggy on 04/08/2022 with Order id[protected]. With repeated requests Swiggy has refused to provide the complete GST bill with below response. Being a customer I felt cheated as I am not getting GST bill neither from Swiggy nor from HIRA sweets.

We request you to kindly mention it in the special instructions while placing the order.

However, we can provide you the general itemized invoice of the Order ID[protected].

I need refund of my money if swiggy is not giving GST bill.
