Swiggy — I am complaining about refund of cancelled order

I ordered for a meal online on swiggy app although it was my first order but i was disppointed with the delay in recieving same. When the delivery boy came to my home he refused to gave me my order due to some issues of processing in app as at that time the app was showing food under process.
At last i cancelled the order but to my immense displeasure i did not recieve my money back for that cancelled order. Due to your pathatic service i lost my money.
To resolve the issue i would expect refund of payment made.
