Swiggy — i order food but not been delivered so i have to sleep whole night hungry

I have ordered food from swiggy app, i didn't receive food. Money refund is not a problem but whole night i have sleep with empty stomach. If i suffer tomorrow then who will be liable for cause.

Can i file fir on this they are making fool till now see time and date on second snapshots
They make me fool
