[Resolved] Swiggy — I received different food than what I ordered | |||
Order number [protected] I ordered 2 veg burgers worth 303 rupees from burger king using swiggy app. I got my order after half an hour when i opened it was one non-veg burger. I complained to swiggy customer service. They said they feel sorry but they denied helping with refund or delivering my original order. This is fault of swiggy delivery team. I am vegetarian, there is no use of non veg burger to me. Please help me to get my refund. I am attaching one image of my original order invoice and one image of product that i received. Jan 5, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I got call within 24 hours from swiggy and I got my refund in next 4 days. Thanks consumer forum. | |||
