Swiggy — I'm complaining about irresponsible delivery partner and my uninformed cancellation order

I am from Dindigul.I have placed an order for food on 22bd march 2023 by 1.40 pm.
My delivery partner has picked up my order and he didn't respond to my calls .Soon my order has been cancelled without any prior notice.i have been charged with cancellation fee.
