Swiggy — im complaining about the order

I order food from naivedyam restaurant at 8:47pm and i didn’t get the food till 10:20.
The delivery executive was not answering the phone. Very bad delivery. What kind of services are you providing to us? If we can’t get the food on time? People at my place slept empty stomach. We rely on swiggy for food. If we don’t get the food what is the point of having this app

We ordered a Fish Fry on 7th December which was delivered to us in a very stale condition. It was smelling so bad too. When reported to swiggy, they are offering me a refund of 50 Rs when they charged me Rs 170 for the fish while placing the order. This is not acceptable.

Today I ordered and shown delight cold drink as free but at the time of payment it was not shown. Further, charged Rs.20/- as delivery while it is showing no delivery charge on order above Rs.99.
