I have received a rotten onion as well as a potato which seems to have an acid burn on it. The bread I have received is squished and the cigarettes I ordered were damaged.
I had contacted the customer support but they were of no help. I am reaching out because I feel like the resolution was not provided and I have been a victim to the incompetence of your customer executives.
The disregard to care for the produce provided is appalling and your wider consumer base should be aware of the treatment some of your customers are getting even after being a long term Swiggy one member. Was this information helpful? |
