Swiggy Instamart — Missing item in the order

I had ordered 3 items out of which 2 items were delivered. It was said to me by the customer support executive to wait for 6 hours. However, it's been more than 15 hours now and I still haven't received any refund or compensation from them. I would need the full refund for the missing item to my source account.
