I ordered grocery items worth Rs 252 from Swiggy Instamart. After 25 minutes of placing the order, I received the order my order has been delivered. To whom? No idea. I was constantly tracking his location and he had not moved even 1 km away from the store. He picked up my phone after about 20 missed calls, claiming he had delivered the order which is hysterically funny. I immediately contacted Swiggy customer care who keeps giving me atrociously stupid reasons on why they can't refund my order. Apparently, they believe their company guidelines hold more weight than the rules that govern this country.
I request all those reading this message to not order anything from this portal if they can't respect their customers, they don't deserve to be in the market in the first place.
