In order no[protected] I ordered 12 coffees from A2B worth rs.620 which was not delivered.
I raised complaint in Swiggy app and uploaded photos. I was offered a coupon of rs 130 through chat which I declined and asked to escalate the issue. I was told someone from Swiggy customer care would reach out to me. I did not receive any call
