Swiggy — malfunction on service | |||
We ordered pur food from swiggy but we were wrongfully served we ordered pure veg but instead we were purposely served non veg food we are pure vegetarian from our ancestors eating non veg is a sin for us but yesterday swiggy made us do this sin i was out so my dad thought i ordered him a chaap but when he confirmed me this morning he was in a state of shock my mother got very unwell. The delivery boy was so rude at phone.
And there is no option to report it.
Please look into the matter. After talking to him no satisfaction in eating. No professionality.
Please bring both customer n delivery boy ratings to be there.
