Swiggy — mis handling the customer | |||
Hi guys, Ordered food in swiggy and the order is also confirmed by the restaurant then i was waiting for the food but 1 hour passed but i didn't get the food then i called the delivery executive then he is telling me one of the items is not there, then i called siwggy customer care care for the same, then the executive requested for any other items in the same restruant so that he can place the order on behalf of me. Again after 15 mins they cancelled the order. This is 5th or 6th time i am facing the issue with siwggy. Ordering food in swiggy is mental torture Was this information helpful? | |||
