An item was missing in my recent instamart order. When I raised the concern with swiggy support then initially thay said that they are unable to find any order against my order id nor they can find any account with my registered email id.
Amazed from the above response I quickly share the screenshot of the order having order id mentioned and a screenshot of my account details which shows my registered email id.
And this is the 2nd time I am facing such issue within a week.
But since then they are not responding. Such a pathetic experience with this fraud company.
I need a refund or my missing item to be delivered.
