I have placed an order yesterday but when I received the order 3 paneer patties were missing and I ordered masala cheese khari but what I received was plain khari . Order id[protected] .
When I chatted with swiggy they said they will get back to me in 6-8 hours through email. Today they replied saying that the problem lies with the restaurant so they will not refund any money.
I replied to them that I want refund but they didn't replied till now. I have also attached the email.
