Swiggy — missing items in the order | |
I had placed an order from swiggy for rs.110 on 03/04/2020 at 09:34 am but as soon as i opened the tapes after receiving my order, i found that two of items which i had ordered were not available in the packet. I had ordered poori (With potato curry and coconut chutney) + bournvita but found that coconut chutney and bournvita were missing from the order. Since then i have been communicating with swiggy support team through various means like phone call, chatbox, emails etc. To get my refund for the order but they are not even helping me to get my money back let alone providing any compensation for their poor service. I am feeling cheated as i have paid money for the food items i never received and swiggy is just causing more distress to me with their useless replies instead of providing assistance. Please find attached photo of the order i received and the image which swiggy has uploaded on their app regarding the description of this particular food item. Also find attached the invoice of this order. I need your support to get refund and appropriate compensation from swiggy for causing so much inconvenience to me on this matter.
