I have ordered a ton of times from swiggy, many at times i have received wrong items or missing items n most of the time quality being the issue, leakage and quantity issue
All of these issues i have faced, being a outstation student I have spent a lot to curb my hunger and when faced with such issues i always filed a complaint but the response which i received is not what was expected from them.
Whenever i file a complaint they directly show it will take few hours (6-8hrs as mentioned in the message) to see your complaint even after selecting to talk to an agent they simply send an email that we are unable to process your request and if you want you can rate the restaurant.
