I received my order with an item missing after waiting for about 1 hour 30 mins. The delivery driver didn't even check if all the items were present before delivering my order. And it was so late that I couldn't even get the restaurant to send me a replacement order, nor would Swiggy. The order number is [protected].
Beyond the fact that I could not have a proper dinner, the customer care agent (the second one) I was talking to made this situation all the more frustrating and sad. They kept asking me to reorder, why did I accept the order??? Like this is an absolutely wild conversation. Simply refunding doesn't seem like a resolution here.
