[Resolved] Swiggy — misuses of my personal information | |||
Hello team #[protected] this is the order number and this is the second time i have received the email regarding the order which i did not place, i would request please stop sending the food to the address (Rzg548 rajnagar part 2, block f, raj nagar Extension, raj nagar, new delhi, delhi 110077, India) it is not my address and i m not related to this address. If i receive one more email saying that this was the address i ordered the food then i have to go consumer court as this is the personal information which someone has been using without my consent. Ordered for veg biryani from Meal Boys restaurant from swiggy. They just gave the chicken biryani rice without chicken pieces. But they forgot to remove one small piece from it. Unfortunately, I got that. Iam a eggterian. When I complained the same with swiggy. They are not even bothered about their customer feelings.
