Swiggy — Money debited from bank but order not placed

Tired placing an order at KMS Hakkim Kalyana Biryani, Thiruverumbur worth ₹622/- on 10 Dec 2021 at 6:36:36pm. I got a message from the bank saying the money was debited but the order get placed. Also, I didn’t get any acknowledgment from Swiggy regarding the payment.
