Swiggy — money isn't refunded on failed order | |||
Hello sir/ma'am, I have placed an order on 9th march, 19 and it didn't get complete, but amount was debited from my mother's account. It claims to refund the money within 2-4 days, still no money has not been credited in my mother's bank account. This is the order id : #[protected] I have attached screenshot of the message by swiggy regarding the same. Kindly look into the matter. Waiting for your prompt and positive response.
