Swiggy — Multiple payment for one delivery and no proper response from support

I ordered on swiggy Nov 21st. Paid 369rs in swiggy during order. While delivery, the delivery partner said, the amount is not credited, so asked COD and said the first debited amount will be refunded. Also had chat coversation, 'chat support' with swiggy and they said, amount will be refunded within 4-7 days. But the amount is not refunded yet. I contacted swiggy email support on Nov26th regarding the same, they said someone will contact within 48hrs but no one did. I wrote an email again after 2 days, no response. Wrote another email complaining about no proper response from support, someone replied asking about order details. I provided all the details and waited for 2 days. Followed up with an email, no response.
I request a refund with fine as they did not refund within the said time period and the way the customer support service is.
