Swiggy — my order dated 22nd december | |
I ordered a dosa at around 8 p. M. And the delivery did not come till 9 p. M. The delivery executive kept telling me that he is on the way and then finally around 9:20 p. M. He said the order has been cancelled. We kept explaining the way to the executive but it did not help and my mother who was hungry had to wait for us to go to another outlet to get a dosa for her and finally give it to her at 10 p. M. The customer care of swiggy also charged me cancellation charges for no fault of mine. The delivery executive informed that we didn't answer his calls inspite of speaking so many times to us. Really disappointed with this whole thing. Have been a very regular customer of swiggy and now won't use swiggy at all. Was this information helpful? | |
