Swiggy — my recent order no. [protected] | |||||
Had made an order for berhouz biryani at 8-33 pm today. Got message that order has been confirmed by restaurant and saw in swiggy tracker that food is being prepared. At 10-30 pm after 2 hours the order was cancelled for some issue with your delivery persons. I spoke to berhouz and they confirmed food was ready by 9 pm. My son cried not getting it. Has Swiggy bothered to reply to the concerning case? Haven't got any intimation though and it's nearly 48 hours!!!
