Swiggy — no help from swiggy

I want to tie up my restaurant with swiggy. My restaurant is located in dombivili east, dawdi road near regency estate, but the manager is saying that swiggy doesnt provide pickup service for this location. How come this be possible?? Entire dombivili swiggy is providing pickup service and for my location no pickup service. Please do some thing. ADVERTISEMENT
