I recently launched my restaurant with Swiggy team. I did all of the things as instructed by them but when I tried to log in with the restaurant ID into swiggy partner app it was not taking. Logged in with the phone number and saw that the whole menu was a mess. Searched Youtube and also their help section only to find out that the online video was not in sync with the software. The customer representative for Swiggy partner app was inexperienced and the floor managers were not even there to help them. When asked to connect with the floor team they said they're not available. I can't say anything to them as they're instructed by the org to reply that way; not their fault obviously. They don't even have permission to transfer the call to the technical team. Their technical team is a bull crap and has no knowledge.
