Swiggy — No one is listening to my complaint neither anyone from swiggy is responding

I have recently placed an order and when I recieved it was totally spoiled and spilled in plastic bag the whole food got wasted and I was not even able to make a bite
When I made a complaint the swiggy automatically closes the conversation and no one is listening
