Swiggy — No Order delivery

I made an order with Swiggy on 28th March. My order ID for the same is [protected]. The order was placed for 3kg dhokla for which I paid prior online. Later on after a few minutes I called the restaurant to tell them to pack them separately and to make 1kg packets each. I was then told that they are only delivery 300gms of Dhokla and not 3kgs. I then asked to delivery boy to check the weight first and only deliver me if it is complete 3kgs, else you also do not need to pick the order from the restaurant as his device was also reflecting 3kgs of dhokla ordered. Later on I got a call from Manav from the swiggy Delivery team saying that the restaurant is denying and they could only deliver 300gms in this price and I was asked by him that the amount I paid is for 300gms dhokla and it was a technical error that less amount was reflecting. I denied and said, that I have sufficient screenshots and I need my order. They insisted on refunding my money after half an hour was already gone. I didn't agree and demanded for order on which they themselves said that we are cancelling the order and I said that I'm not looking to cancel or to get a refund just give me the food promised. On which he said that you should speak on the chat window with the customer care. I went on the chat window, wrote a text and immediately he called again and said that I'm cancelling your order and refunding your amount. I kept saying that I do not need a refund. He didn't listen, just gave his information and disconnected the call. After that I landed back to the chat window and showed them screenshots to which they replied that the item was not available with the restaurant and that's why they cancelled the order. I said that I didn't want this. This is without my concent. They have a policy that if I do not cancel my order within 60 seconds of making it, then I can not cancel it and I've to bear the charge, whatsoever happens. But herein they have a win win situation always. This is a service industry and they are not even listening to me. Just sent a notification that your money will be sent to the source account within 5-7 business days. Companies like this are fraud and I want strict action against them. They are making fake promises first and when they are not able to fulfil them, they just do with whatever they are benefitted. They do not even listen to the customer.
