Swiggy — no refund of rs.115

I have made payment of rs.115 on 30.03.2019 order was failed but payment was deducted till date no refund has been made.

Payment gateway atom technologies has confirmed that the payment was successful but order was failed but no refund has been initiated

I am repeatedly taking the matter continuously but no refund has been initiated from the swiggy.

From yesterday I am trying to get in touch with support.
They are resolving all the tickets without any resoluction.

I have tried their support number it says that there are no active orders.
I have tried their help desk chat, no reply from anyone.
Even if they reply they will close the issue without confirming with user.
One of the worst support I have ever seen. Simply they will be advertising as if they are good in this field
