[Resolved]  Swiggy — no response for status

Address:Nsk Exotica Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

I placed an order and estimated time was 45 minutes. After 45 min i checked and there was no changes in time. It still showed that the food is getting prepared. When i tried reaching the support chat for help. There too i got no response. I called the restaurant and they said that there are no delivery boys available. At last i cancelled the order. Really disapointed.

No my problem is not resolved, infact a msg was sent to me regarding some 125rs coupan as a gesture but when asked the customer care said no such coupans are available.and then they disconnected the chat.really disapointed

I received a msg from swiggy regarding some 125rs coupan provided as a gesture from their side for the inconvenience. But when asked the custome care representative about the coupan he said no such coupans are available. And without any further consideration they disconnected the chat.
I am a regular customer of swiggy and this type of behaviour is really disappointing.
