Swiggy — non delivery of food parcel | |||
Delivery executive sangram kumar jena did not deliver a pre paid food parcel at 11 pm and blatantly lied about it resulting in unnecessary hassle. Operation head bbsr kept assuring but in vain. Even after 2 hours, food wasn't delivered, money hasn't been refunded. The timing inconvenience resulted in unavailability of ordering again because restaurants in bhubaneswar close about that time.
