[Resolved] Swiggy — non delivery of order after taking money

I placed food order on 05.12.2019 vide order no-[protected]. They confirmed my order and taking money in advance (Rs.570/-) But after 1 hour (Of taking my order), they informed me that they are cancelling the order (Without giving a valid reason) and further informed that amount shall be paid back in 4-7 working days. Since they did not provide any alternate solution, i was forced sleep without eating. They took the money in advance, refused service and delaying my payment (Back). I ordered a item on 15nov. They deducted the balance 146 rs but didn't send the item. Now they are not refunded balance. And don't know the history is also not showing of item.but I have it in my mail.
