[Resolved] Swiggy — non delivery of the order | |||
I have ordered (Order no. #[protected]) two items (Handi murgh and chinese fried chicken) by using swiggy app from the krishnaz restourent, bareilly, up on 4.4.2019 but it was not delivered. Delivery man contacted me around 8:30pm and i am guiding him to my address but after that his phone was disconnected and he never call again. I am trying to call him but it was not ringing. After half an hour i received the call for feed back and i informed him that the order was not received by me till now. But nothing was happened and i received the mail as the order was delivered. Possibly he has delivered it to wrong person or not delivered at all. Kindly look into it. Was this information helpful? | |||
