Swiggy — not delivered order after payment

I have make order on 29-12-18 online of gajar halwa after filling all details i get a order no[protected] but the delivery boy was unable to deliver the shipment by saying that the distance is so far and he cancelled the order saying that the address was incorrect it's making the reputation of swiggy on the road, it's a full cheating to me so what can you do for me my mobile no. Is [protected], you can treat it as my first consumer notice
