[Resolved] Swiggy — Order #[protected] not delivered but fined | |||
We are dealing with swiggy long time. But Order #[protected] not delivered to us your company fined for Rs. 253/-. As a reputed concern we never expect that customer service. If your delivery misplace or not delivered to customer then why customer will be fined. What basis you done this. P.lease do rectify in Customer portal and confirm. Aug 10, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Jul 06, 2021 Swiggy Customer Care's response Hey Debasmita, we are disappointed to know that the order was not delivered to you. However, I can check that our bac end team tried contacting you but the calls were unanswered so the order was canceled. We need to compensate restaurants and the delivery partner through a standard policy once the order is placed. Hence, we charge the cancellation fee once the order is canceled. However, please reach out to us at [protected]@swiggy.in so we can have a look into it.
