I received the wrong order. Instead of the items I ordered, which were worth Rs. 793, I received some milk packets and curd sachets. I realized the mistake when the delivery person handed it to me because the items were different and fewer than expected. I informed him about the mix-up, but he advised me to contact customer care. Unfortunately, they didn't provide any solution. I would like to escalate this issue because Swiggy should easily be able to identify the misplaced order, as they sent the wrong items instead of what I had originally ordered. I am seeking a quick resolution as I feel cheated out of approximately Rs. 793. I raised a complaint in the Indian consumer complaints forum as well. I will go to court if required as the money I lost is hard earned. Attaching the wrong items I received also with this mail. I lost approximately Rs. 793 due to my order(ORDER # [protected]), and I have not received any resolution from customer support. This is unacceptable. Why can't you investigate by checking with the delivery person, whom I informed about receiving the wrong items? Additionally, why can't you contact the store or review the store's security camera footage to understand what went wrong, instead of providing no resolution? The amount of money I've lost is significant, and I'm in urgent need of assistance. Please help me with this matter.
