Swiggy — Order #[protected], It has been 4 days, I have still not got a resolution.

I got stale food delivered and contacted swiggy regarding the same on their chat support but had no reply. Then I emailed swiggy -Request number 8437036 but there is no reply. I emailed them again but still no response.

It has been 4 days, I have still not got a resolution.
