Swiggy — order canceled after assuring arrival

I oreders behrouz biryani of 235 total and delivery person called me.
He kept me waiting for 2 hrs and finally did not deliver the order.
the company could have informed me earlier that there is an issue.
I am in IIT DELHI COMPUTER SCIENCE branch and was studying for Minor1 exam when all this huge loss of time took place.
I want my order for free for the inconvenience caused and money deducted from that ### delivery boy "Ajay Kumar"
