Swiggy — Order cancelled after 59min | |||
I placed order on 14.12.2020 time 12.38pm. Order number #[protected]. The order was accepted and Estimated expected time shows 30min. I have waited up to 1.16pm ( 38mins) and I initiated the issue by 1.16pm and the automatic reply I got that the order taking too long. I tried to call him by 1.17pm he didn't pick my call. And I again initiated the report by 1.26 it shows that the order picked up by delivery partner. And I called him he didn't respond to my call. Then I started to report to the Executive of the platform. They initially told me that they can't contact delivery partner. After 10min chat they cancelled the order without inform me. The executive of Swiggy named Lakson chatted with me and he said that the delivery partner arrived my place by 1.18pm and he waited for 20mins. I told them that I have called delivery partner 5 times and he doesn't pick my call. And finally they cancelled my order by 1.37pm. Then he transfer the chat to Escalation team. The executive chat with me is Rahul Kawtage. He told me that the delivery partner waited for 11mins. It shows clearly that they made me fool. I don't know what happened. But I have waited for more than a hour. And I chat with them more that 1 hour. By 2.30 they told me that apologies for the inconvenience. I request this forum I like to know what happened on this order and I have waited more than 1 hour for food. Was this information helpful? | |||
