Swiggy — order cancelled after two hours | |||
It was my brother’s birthday today so i ordered food on swiggy around 8:10pm i just forgot to change my address after ordering the food delivery guy called me to ask my location so i told him my address then i come to realise that i forgot to change my address in the app that delivery guy said nothing after a while my order was delayed i got a call he said your order will me 20 minutes late i told him the address issue he said no problem then again i got a call he said he’ll talk to the delivery guy and after two hours of my order they said you didn’t provide the right address now it is too far we can’t deliver your order will be cancelled why can’t they told me to cancel when i told them it was after ordering 15 minutes around 8:30pm i could have cancel it and order again but they cancelled it at 10:05pm when i cannot get food from anywhere that’s how they trouble customers. Hi i received bad order & very bad prepration. It was complete tasteless .I had told to customer care also but no action has been taken . My Order [protected] . No Refund has been given by swiggy . Kindly take strict action against swiggy.Kindly refund my amount.I ordered from Food Expresso.
