Swiggy — order cancelled and money not refunded | |||
I placed an order at the restaurant Belgium waffles on 5th June around 3 pm, the order was not accepted in the first go but money got deducted. Even though coz I was hungry I made the mistake of again placing order and paid in advance. The order was showing it will be delivered in 1 minute and got cancelled automatically and what's irritating is they are charging me cancellation fee for which I am not at fault, infact they should be giving me a compensation to keep me waiting for food and not delivering it. No body called me about the cancellation even if for some reason it couldn't have been avoided. Then I tried calling swiggy, it won't connect me. Then I tried chatting with the team, it's been more than 30 minutes now no executive replied or tried to help. Screenshots attached for reference Swigg is becoming unreliable each day.
