Swiggy — Order cancelled by Swiggy but Penalised Customer

I had advised order on Swiggy .Order no. #[protected] on 10th June 2021. After around 15 Minutes, I got call from their Customer Office, saying that they had erecived two orders on same time and are canelling order due to confusion. In another minute, I got sms stating that they have cancelled order and charged me the amount of order as cancellation fee.

I never advised for cancellation and were waiting for delivery. I reported sae on email and received complaint Number 10996663.

After repeated follow-ups, i have got email yesterday stating again that because I had cancelled order, i am being penalized.
it seems modus operandi of Swiggy to cheat customers on daily basis.

Please help resolve. Swiggy shall be penalized and Audut must be conducted on amount it gets due to these kind of transactions.
