Swiggy Order#[protected]
I was waiting for my food order after placing order in app. I got call from delivery guy but I couldn't receive the phone call as I was in my office meeting . I was expecting him at my doorstep for delivery. But when I checked swiggy app it was mentioned the order was cancelled and my money would not refund. So strange, I have not cancelled the order. I called customer service and also mailed them. They said the order was cancelled. I have not cancelled the order. I did not click any cancel in the app.
I kept on arguing that I have not cancelled but they didn't care.
I multiple times mentioned that I have not cancelled the order. If cancelled then how come delivery guy calls me.
I lost my money though I have not cancelled.
This is totally unacceptable.
They didn't enquire how it got cancelled.
Did the delivery guy cancel without even coming to my door. They didn't check.
Not sure how the order got cancelled but definitely I have not cancelled.
They mentioned money can't refund as 100% cancellation charge. How come they charge cancellation fee when I have not cancelled.
I want my money.
