The order was cancelled because of the apps glitch and they don't provide the order or the refund. It is not possible to cancel the order after 1 minute through that window as the cancel order tab is removed post 1 minute of food order for the order to be cancelled from consumers side it should follow helpcancel my order which i didn't do.
The food worth 394rs was cancelled without any prior confirmation and not providing the refund. Without even confirming with the consumer they just cancel the order.
