[Resolved] Swiggy — Order cancelled without getting a call from the delivery partner | |
It was my mom's birthday and I ordered a white forest cake. Everything was moving fine and my delivery partner was 6 minutes away from reaching my home and suddenly my order got cancelled. I immediately chatted with the customer service and they never responded for more than 5 minutes. Even after they respond they reverted me to different issue. So I excalated the issue to a customer call and informed them about my issue. They simply said delivery partner had called you many times and you didn't respond. I was clueless because I haven't got a single call from swiggy and I was just tracking my delivery partner and waiting for his arrival as i planned to surprise my mom. Finally the customer service put the blame on me and I informed them I will file a complaint against this issue. I got the chat conversation screenshot and call logs for my evidence. This is the worst thing I ever faced being a loyal customer for swiggy for more than 3 years. I got to surprise my mom and finally I got surprised my swiggy. I don't know whether to cry or laugh.

Sep 7, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I have ordered once again and in the mean time they have resolved my issue and refunded the amount. Though my experience was hard the way they resolved my issue within very short notice made me surprised and happy. Thanks swiggy. Swiggy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
