Swiggy — Order delivered 1 hour late

I placed an order around 1 :12 pm and my order got delivered at 2:42 pm and when i said to cancel my order they didn't and delivered me cold and stale ...The executive didn't respond to my refund request and went offline and after half and hour another executive came and he also didn't refunded my amount, My order number is #[protected]
