Swiggy — Order long grain rice got mini rice

[protected] i ordered long garin dawat basmati rice and i got mini rice this is also called broken rice which is not a basmati rice at all
I contacted customer care they are saying that they have delivered the right order but order inside material is not right
I contacted everywhere but they are not assisting me i have paid 199 for this i want right order or refund kindly help me
