Swiggy — order mishap | |||
I placed an order today around 8.30 pm and had prepaid for it. The order was not delivered after 1 hr wait and so i contacted swiggy customer care, they told the order was delivered to sumbody else by mistake as their technical issue. Again they asked me to order the food and they will refund me order. I orderd again which didnot deliver to me till 11 pm and i almost was sleeping. The only thing i feel sad is i just ordered from a hotel near by not even 500 meters away from my home just i was busy working i cudnt go out n eat dinner n thought to order from swiggy. It was again refunded to me saying wer are sorry for this mishap. Do you understand these important mishaps and are you seriously doing anything about them. I have experienced this for the 6th time from last 1 year. Was this information helpful? | |||
