[Resolved] Swiggy — order no. [protected] | |||
I ordered for breakfast from anbuselvan iyarkai unavagam today morning and the order was handed over to your delivery partner after 40mints. You may refer to this in your office because i received a cal regarding the delay. Later your delivery partner found it difficult to locate my location when your other delivery partners did not have any issues regrding this. You nay check my account to see how many times i have ordered through swiggy. After all this chaos your partner delivers and collects the money of rs.123-00 and simultaneously i get s message that order is canceled and you dare to charge s fine on me. This ain't what we stand for. We have highlighted this & the concerned team is looking into this to take corrective measures against those involved. Also, they would reach out to you over a call to have this resolved.
