[Resolved] Swiggy — order not completely delivered yet full money charged | |||
I ordered from wow momos a combo of chicken fried momo's, chocolate momo and chicken moburg for 175 and paid via my upi. The moburg was missing and on seeking customer support i was handed a sassy unsupportive executive who just ordered me a 50 bucks discount coupon on next order which will be valid only for 90 days. This is really bad on swiggy's part and i would either want my missing moburg or refund in my upi id for the same. You cannot generate more sales by doing mistakes, after this experience why the hell should i even use swiggy again that they have the audacity to offer me a discount coupon Was this information helpful? | |||
